Shipping process

We offer free shipping to the US for all our products. For deliveries we use two services: UPS and FedEx. Delivery is carried out by air. We use Signature Service at our discretion. We deliver within Contiguous US. Shipping to APO, FPO, DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Island, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, American Samoa addresses is possible but the cost and time of delivery will vary, for details please contact us at or call Customer Service at (347) 389-1189. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, UPS stores, hotels, motels or other places of temporary occupation; a valid US street or military address must be provided. Handling time takes up to 10 business days, after which the order will be assigned the tracking number. Estimated delivery date takes up to 21 business days. All shipping fees including those incurred by Flowmar with Free shipping orders are non-refundable.

Delivery Days: Transit time shown is business days counted after the day shipped; weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

How can I track my order?

Please register by going to the "Login" tab - "Sign up" In your personal account tab, go to the "Orders". This tab displays all your orders. In the details for your order you can find the following information: Order Status, Carrier, Tracking information.

All orders have a status.

“Pending” – your order is being processed, waiting for payment

“Shipped” – your order has been sent, it will be assigned a tracking number

“Complete” – your order has been delivered and completed

After Handling, your order will be assigned a tracking number.

Delivered items. Where is my item?

Flowmar cannot be responsible for confirmed delivered items from our carriers that are stolen from your property after delivery. Please file a police report with local authorities. You may be able to file a claim with your homeowner’s insurance and/or there might be coverage with the credit card company used to make the purchase. Please check with your neighbors if they know where your package might be.


Tax is not collected on purchases from It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and handle all local and state sales tax regulations, if applicable. Third party affiliates such as Amazon, eBay, Sears, NewEgg, Rakuten, Jet, etc. may require sales tax to be charged.

Shipping Damage

We make every effort to effectively pack items  to protect them against damage during shipping. However; in the rare event that your order arrives damaged please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for the shipping company to inspect the package. Once we receive confirmation of the damage from the shipping company we will promptly send you a replacement item and arrange for pick-up of the damaged item.
